You've read the books on pregnancy and birth, you've watched "The Business of Being Born," and have crafted the perfect birth plan....now what??
This class is perfect for expecting parents wondering what happens AFTER the baby comes. What's normal? Is baby pooping enough? What should I look for? We will cover basics such as safety, bathing, diapering, sleeping, skin care, circumcision, intact care, and more. Whether you plan on delivering in a hospital, birth center, or at home, this class will equip you to know your options, make informed decisions, and confidently navigate the first days of your precious little one's life.
This class is taught by a Postpartum Doula & Board Certified Lactation Consultant $50/couple.
Class will be socially distanced, smaller in size than normal and masks are required.
There is a Breastfeeding class on the same day from 9-11:30 am. We have scheduled these classes so you are able to take them both on the same day with a lunch break in between, if you desire.
