Rebekah's deepest passion is to serve new parents in many different capacities. She spent a year working as a midwife at a charity clinic in the Philippines during which she attended over 200 births and delivered over 20 babies herself. While caring for pregnant and postpartum mothers in the Philippines, she discovered that her life's work was meant to be supporting postpartum parents. She is equally as passionate about bringing culturally-sensitive care into the homes of new parents, which is influenced by her years spent living overseas - in the Philippines, South Africa, and France.
In addition to being a CAPPA certified Postpartum Doula and Newborn Care Specialist, she has a passion for teaching new parents the art of babywearing, with years of experience as a Volunteer Babywearing Educator with Babywearing International. After working at a large baby gear retailer, she also grew passionate about providing parents with education regarding all things baby gear and is certified as a Child Passenger Safety Technician (CPST).
Rebekah specializes in working with families of multiples. She has worked with many families, and is able to help support all the unique needs that come with caring for more than one baby at a time. She has worked with many sets of twins, as well as sets of triplets and quadruplets! Rebekah loves combining all of her above passions and certifications to come alongside new parents as they walk through the vulnerable period of bringing a new baby into their lives - and she is even happier leaving her time with them knowing they have become strong and confident parents.
Rebekah grew up as an Air Force brat, which sparked her love for adventure at a young age. She moved all over the US as a child, and has recently completed her goal to visit all 50 states! In her free time, she loves exploring all kinds of good food, whether it be trying out a new recipe, watching a new foodie show on Netflix, or exploring a local restaurant with her fiancée, Anna.
